How this works
You can submit your plan for any of the issues currently listed. Make your plan as simple or as detailed as you want; there is no length limit for your ideas. After Election Day, November 4, 2008, the Project will submit the top plans, as decided by your votes, to Congress, the White House and every state leader. You can keep track of your submissions easily by signing up for the 20DC network.
Want to see a new issue?
The issues listed are only those addressed by both major candidates for U.S. president. They are by no means the only issues affecting the country. We will keep track of all suggested issues and those with strong support will be added to the project. Submit a different issue here. The Rules
Please only submit ideas in your own words. RAPP issues are not meant to be a forum in which to advocate or bash any candidate for office. Issues found to violate any copyright, these stipulations, or that are excessively profane or offensive will be deleted without notice.By submitting an issue here, you agree to its possible inclusion in the final RAPP report and release 20DC from any liability or damages that may result from its posting on this Web site or use in the report. Do not submit an issue if you do not agree with this. Voting fraud is monitored by automated systems and live people. You may only vote for any single submission once. Anyone found in violation of this will be banned from further use of RAPP, and their votes will be voided. These rules may be updated without notice.
